A teoria de Schumacher vista sobre o ângulo da confiança organizacional

Resumo


As mudanças dos mercados ao longo da história trouxeram transformações para a ciência administrativa afetando as companhias como um todo. A organização, preocupada com a subjetividade do indivíduo motivou a discussão sobre a socialização da confiança, objetivo deste estudo, buscando estabelecer uma sinergia com a proposta teórica de Ernst Friedrich Schumacher.De natureza quantitativa e qualitativa, foi aplicado um questionário referente a Escala de confiança organizacional com 237 indivíduos respondentes, significativo a 95% de confiança. Os resultados apontaram que os padrões éticos, a solidez organizacional, o reconhecimento financeiro organizacional, as normas relativas a demissão de empregados e a promoção do crescimento do empregado são fatores determinantes que potencializam a confiança na organização. A conclusão demonstra que as empresas podem estimular a esperança institucional utilizando-se dos princípios propostos por Schumacher.
