O Secretário Executivo com Perfil de Relações Públicas

As diversas evoluções teórica e prática do perfil do Secretário Executivo (SE) tornam-no staff, pois atua de maneira multifuncional, como assessor e/ou gestor, na alta administração. Além disso, o profissional exerce papel de “cartão de visita” da empresa onde trabalha, visto que é a ponte de comunicação interna (entre os níveis operacional-tático-estratégico) e externa (empresa-mercado: fornecedores, clientes, parceiros – sociedade em geral), ademais de assessorar em negociações e em gestão/organização de eventos empresariais. Por isso, possui o papel de manter a identidade (o que a empresa realmente é) e estabelecer, adequadamente, a imagem (como a empresa deve ser vista perante a sociedade) da organização, considerando sua missão, visão, metas, nicho de atuação e demais quesitos relacionados. Nesse sentido, observa-se a necessidade de o SE obter conhecimentos relacionados à atuação do profissional de Relações Públicas (RP), para exercer seu papel com eficiência e eficácia. Assim, este estudo objetiva analisar o SE com perfil de RP e como essa área complementa a outra.
