Importância de um Secretário Executivo no Preenchimento do Aplicativo Coleta de Dados Capes

O presente estudo tem como objetivo principal mostrar a importância de um Secretário Executivo assessorar uma Secretaria de Pós-Graduação em Instituições de Ensino Superior – IES, tendo como uma de suas funções o preenchimento do aplicativo Coleta de Dados CAPES (Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior). Para isso, além da pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o perfil do Secretário Executivo, foi elaborado um questionário sobre o preenchimento do aplicativo Coleta de Dados CAPES e enviado aos coordenadores de programas de Pós-Graduação de IES das regiões sul e sudeste de país. O resultado da pesquisa sinaliza positivamente para a inserção de um Secretário Executivo no ambiente acadêmico, mais precisamente na Secretaria de Pós Graduação, atuando no preenchimento do aplicativo do Coleta de Dados CAPES.
