Big data em micro e pequenas empresas: uma revisão sistemática

Considerando que o conceito e aplicações de Big Data tem atraído a atenção de estudiosos e profissionais de gestão em todo o mundo, o objetivo deste estudo, de caráter exploratório qualitativo-quantitativo, é apresentar o estado da arte em relação à utilização de Big Data na perspectiva de gestão em micros e pequenas empresas (MPEs). Utilizou-se como método de investigação uma revisão sistemática integrativa a partir da análise de artigos publicados em bases de dados científicas, mais especificamente Scielo, Scopus e Web of Science. O presente estudo apresenta um portfólio bibliográfico selecionado de forma sistemática e com reconhecimento científico, composto por 22 publicações a partir do qual foram realizadas análises bibliométrica e de conteúdo, indicando uma síntese das principais temáticas relacionadas à aplicação de Big Data em MPEs, quem são os principais autores e os principais periódicos, de forma a contribuir com pesquisadores que tenham especial interesse nesta relevante temática, possibilitando o avanço do conhecimento científico em estudos organizacionais.
