Diferenciação de salários no mercado de trabalho agrícola do Brasil

A realização deste estudo partiu do pressuposto de que existem diferenças na formação de salários no mercado agrícola brasileiro relacionadas às especificidades dos setores de produção de tradables e non tradables da agropecuária do Brasil. Foi utilizado a metodologia de decomposição salarial de Oaxaca-Blinder que permite medir a proporção do diferencial de salários, se ela existir, que é devida às características observáveis dos trabalhadores daquelas que são devidas às diferenças de características dos sistemas de produção. Foram utilizados dados de 2021 da Pesquisa Nacional por Amostras de Domicílios contínua - PNAD do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística – IBGE. Foi constatado que o salário que remunera o trabalho dos setores de produção de tradables é em média 30,64% mais elevado que o salário dos trabalhadores que exercem suas atividades nos setores de produção destinada ao abastecimento do mercado interno. Desta diferença 10,47% são explicadas por diferencias de produtividade relacionadas ao maior estoque de capital trabalho. A diferença de 20,17% se relaciona mais às especificidades do processo produtivo dos dois setores.
