Entre “Colarinhos Brancos”: Alguns Indicativos para a Atuação Profissional de Secretários Executivos em Reuniões de Negócios Empresariais

Este artigo tem como principal objetivo apontar alguns indicativos úteis e práticos para a atuação profissional de secretários executivos em reuniões de negócios empresariais. Para tanto, inicialmente são apresentadas algumas definições conceituais de grupo social em sentido amplo. Em seguida, efetuamos comentários referentes às reuniões em grupo, enquanto atividade de cunho social. Por fim, busca-se fornecer algumas dicas auxiliares para a realização das atividades profissionais dos secretários executivos em reuniões de negócios empresariais, especificamente no que diz respeito ao cálculo de custos (tempo e dinheiro), à definição de objetivos e metas, escolha do local, utilização de equipamentos tecnológicos (recursos audiovisuais), estrutura os itens da pauta e redação final das atas, visando assim o alcance de resultados satisfatórios.
